1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Add all ingredients into blender with liquid items first and flour last
- Blend at medium for 30 seconds, resulting in a smooth and watery batter
- Cover the batter and let rest in fridge for at least 20 minutes and up to 24 hours
- Cooking
- Preheat 9 to 10 inch non-stick pan until surface is around a consistent 400 degrees
- Coat pan with thin layer of butter
- Stir then pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Swirl to coat entire bottom of pan with an even tin coat of batter.
- Cook 40 seconds, then flip and cook 15 seconds on reverse side
- Serve directly off pan either plain with powder sugar or fold ingredients in such as Nutella or jam.
