Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp. oil

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into blender with liquid items first and flour last
  • Blend at medium for 30 seconds, resulting in a smooth and watery batter
  • Cover the batter and let rest in fridge for at least 20 minutes and up to 24 hours

  • Preheat 9 to 10 inch non-stick pan until surface is around a consistent 400 degrees
  • Coat pan with thin layer of butter
  • Stir then pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Swirl to coat entire bottom of pan with an even tin coat of batter.
  • Cook 40 seconds, then flip and cook 15 seconds on reverse side
  • Serve directly off pan either plain with powder sugar or fold ingredients in such as Nutella or jam.
